Adrak Ke Faide

Ek Masale ke roop me adrak ka istemal sadiyon se hota raha hai.adrak ka istemal morabba,Paak,Aachar ke shakal me kiya jata hai.Sauth to adrak se hi taiyaar hota hai.Sauth ka upyog garmiyon mein nahi karna chahiye, lekin adrak ka istemal kuch mikdath mein kiya ja sakta hai.

Aaiye jane tarha tarha ki bimariyon mein adrak kis tarha hamare kaam Aata hai.

KHANSI


Adrak aur nimbu ke Raas aur Sahad 3 ko sahi mikdath me milakar din me 2 baar piye.adrak ke raas main shehad milakar chatne se bhi rahat milti hai.

KHABZ


Adrak,azwain aur gud in tino ko sahi mikdath me kut le, ise ghee mein bhun kar paani dalkar pakaye.ise niyamit roop se khane se khabz ki shikayat door ho jati hai.

PEET MEIN JALAN YA DARD


apach ke karan peet main jalan ho tohdo ganne ka raas ek ganth adrak ke sath piye.gas se hone wali gale ki jalan bhi shant ho jayegi adrak aur pudina ka ras aur sendha namak milakar chai banaye.

GETHIYA


adrak ko barook katein aur taza ghee main bhunkar khaye. adrak ko til ke tel main garam karke is tel se jodon ki malish karen.

INFLUENZA YA FLU


adrak aur tulsi ke patte, kali mirch aur longinsab ko milakar chai banaye. teen char baar aisi chai ka istemal karen. influenza ya flu main rahat milegi.

MANDAGNI


adrak ka raas, nimbu ka raas aur sendha namak ek saath milakar khane se pehle lene se mandagni door hoti hai.aur khulkar bhookh lagti hai,isse cough,vayu vikar ka bhi shaman hota hai.

MASUDHON KI SUJAN


sauth ka churan paani ke sath istemal karne se masudon ki sujan aur daanton ke dard se chutkara milta hai.

BUKHAR


adrak aur pudine ka kadha banakar piye.ye thandi bukhar main bhi faydemand hai.

KAMJORI


sauth,bael ki giri,choti elichi,dalchini aur chuhara barabar matra main kut kar bareek powder bana le.ise roj subha-sham dood ke sath len.ya bimari ke baad ki kamjori ko door karta hai.

ULTI


adrak aur pyaz ka raas milakar peene se ulti door ho jati hai.
