“The Salutation of Al-Mashish” [ salatu-l mashishiyyah ] is a sublime Sufic benediction upon the beloved Prophet, Allah bless him and give him peace, composed by the venerable pole [ al-qutb ],  Mawlay  ‘Abdu-s Salam ibn Mashish al-Hasani al-Idrisi, may Allah be pleased with him. He was a disciple of the venerable succour [ al-ghawth ],  Sidi  Abu Madyan Shu’ayb ibn al-Husayn al-Ansari, may Allah sanctify his secret. His inheritor was the luminous spiritual guide [ al-imam ] and famed Sufi master [ al-shaikh ], Abu-l Hasan ‘Ali al-Shadhili, may Allah illuminate his resting abode. The contemporary Shadhili master  Shaikh  Nooruddeen Durkee describes  Salatu-l Mashishiyya  as, “… a metaphysical paraphrase of a widely known prayer, in which the believer calls on God to bless the Prophet as if to thank him for having received Islam through him.” This benediction is the only surviving work of ibn Mashish. *ख़ारजीयत क्या है ये समझने की जरुरत है।* ख़ारजीयत। इस्लाम मे ख़ारजीयत हमेशा से मौजूद थी। ख़ारजीयत कहते किसे है ख़ारजी वो होते है जो हज़रत अली इब्ने अबू तालिब अलैहिस्लाम से बुग्ज़ रखते है। जिसने हज़रत अली इब्ने अबू तालिब अलैहिस्लाम को शहीद किया वो भी ख़ारजी ही था। आज वो दौर आ गया है की अहलेसुन्नत वल जमात मे भी ख़ारजीयत शामिल हो रही है। जो कभी मुद्दा ही नही था उस मुद्दे को उठाया गया। ईमान ए अबू तालिब अलैहिस्लाम। इसकी वजह सिर्फ और सिर्फ यही है कि वो हज़रत मौला अली शेरे खुदा के वालिद है। बड़े बड़े आलिमो ने उन्हें मोहसिन ए इस्लाम का लक़ब दिया है। मगर कुछ खारजी लोगो ने कम इल्म वाली आवाम के दिमाग मे उनके ईमान पर सवाल डाल दिये। इसकी वजह ये भी है कि आवाम की नज़र मैं मोलवी से बड़ा कोई है ही नही। ये आवाम वो है जो जाने अनजाने मैं अपने ईमान से हाथ धो बैठते है। आवाम भी इतनी जाहिल है कि उन्हें ये भी नही पता कि कौन है हज़रत अबु तालिब अलैहिस्लाम बस ख़ारजी लोगो की बातो मैं आकर अपना ईमान खो रहे है। आवाम के लिए एक ही बात कहना चाहूंगा कि वो उन ख़ारजी लोगो से सवाल करे कि हुज़ूर का निकाह किसने पढ़ाया। हज़रत अबु तालिब अलैहिस्लाम क...
